The above plants were collected from the Italian Garden at Asheville's Biltmore Estate. I requested special permission in 2014 to collect from the estate through the assistance of some of the gardeners. The below specimen were collected from Biltmore's Rose Trial Garden and the Azalea Garden. My husband and I love visiting the estate often for picnics, fine dining, wine tasting, and touring the house but particularly a personal favorite is visiting the Greenhouse and Garden center. I always have to purchase a plant to bring home when at the Garden gift shop.
